Announcements – on the 20th Ordinary Sunday the 18th August 2024
1. From Sunday 18thAugust to Monday 26th August at 6:00pm there will be daily Rosary followed by Mass and Novena. All the faithful of our Parish are requested to come in large numbers for the Mass and Novena. For further details kindly see the notice board.
2. The Next Friday the 23rd August the Adoration will be conduct by St. Monica Mahila Mandal members.
3. Due to some reason the Seminar of Career guidance has been postponed. The next date will be informed later on.
4. Those poor family students who have scored 60% and above marks from Classes 1st to 12th are requested to submit their school mark sheet to Fr. Jonas Markam or in the Parish office before Saturday the 31st of August.
5. Jabalpur Diocesan Youth Commission along with Youth of Holy Trinity Church, Napier Town, is organizing One Day Cultural & Spiritual Youth meet “ROOT 2.0”on Monday the 26th August from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in St. Aloysius College, Sadar, Jabalpur. Interested youth kindly registered your names to Fr. Jonas Markam or in the Parish office latest by Saturday the 24th of August. The Registration Fee is Rs.200/- per participant, during the program refreshments and Lunch will be served. For further details kindly see the notice board.
6. This year the Sacrament of the 1st Holy Communion will be held on Sunday the 27th October 2024. The Parents are requested to register the names of their children with the Catechism teachers or in the Parish office latest by Saturday the 31st August 2024.
7. On Thursday the 29th August 2024 there will be Rosary at 6:00 pm followed by Mass and thereafter flag hoisting in honor of Our Lady of Good Health Valankanni. The Novena of Our Lady of Good Health Valankanni starts from Friday the 30th August till Saturday the 07th September.
8. During Our Lady of Good Health Valankanni Novena days, the Novena on weekdays will be recited in English after the Morning Mass; and on Sundays in Hindi after the second Mass and in English after the third Mass.
9. The Nirmala Church, Ghamapur is organizing the Our Lady of Good Health Valankanni Novena and Feast from Thursday the 29th August to Sunday the 08th September 2024. The faithful are requested to participate and receive blessings from Our Lady of Good Health Valankanni. For Further details kindly see the banner put outside the Church.
10. The Marriage Preparation Course for couples about to receive the Sacrament of Matrimony will be conducted from Thursday the 12th September to Sunday the 15th September 2024 in the Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Sneh Sadan Jabalpur. 11. The Novena prayer book of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor is available in the Parish office. Interested Parishners can contact in the Parish office.
12. Last Sunday’s Mass Collection amounted to Rs.33,565/- and one anonymous donors have given Tithe Rs. 1,300/- and another donor have given Rs. 3700/- And the Feast of Assumption Blessed Virgin Mary & Independence Day Mass Collection amounted to Rs. 14165/-The Priests and the Finance Committee appreciate your generous contributions.
